Pre-assign a Reservation

How to assign a room number to a reservation prior to arrival

1. Retrieve the reservation.

2. Click the ellipses for the Room Number field.

   

3. Select the room number from the list of available rooms.

   

4. Click OK when finished.

   

5. Click Save at the top of the reservation screen.
